Krif Ghana, one of the biggest, oldest and most reputed office equipment and stationeries firms in the country is holding this year’s version of its annual customer experience month, through November. The theme for this year’s version is “Rewarding Customer Loyalty.” 

The customer experience month is held every year to interact with customers and show appreciation for their patronage. Launching this year’sedition, Reverend Kennedy Okosun, Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana explained that during the month, the company will receive feedback from customers and act on it, while giving them an array of special offers to show appreciation.

He emphasized that every customer stands to benefit during the month. “We are not doing a raffle draw where a few customers win things and everyone else does not gain anything” he assured. “This is comprehensive, holistic and all our customers, without exception, stand to benefit if they so wish.”

For each of the four weeks in November, Krif will give a cash reward to the biggest volume buyer for that week, and at the end will also give a cash reward to the cumulative biggest buyer for the entire month.

While this will take care of immediate customers, the company will end the month long activities with a customers’ awards night that will recognize and reward long term loyalty among its customers. At the awards night, various categories of deserving awardees will be identified such as most loyal customer, and most frequent customer, but Reverend Okosun has promised that during the month all the company’s customers will be taken care of.

Indeed, throughout the month the company will offer a variety of discounts and rewards for customers on all the items being sold, from all its sales points – Krif has sales offices in Accra, Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi. This is in line with Krif’s consistent penchant, over the 32 years that it has been in existence for offering various generous special sales offers such as half price sales, cash refunds and “buy one get two free.”

The month long activities were officially launched last week at Krif’s Accra head office by Kobina Agyekum, the Executive Director of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, CIMG, who commended the company for “pushing the frontiers of customer service.”

Krif Ghana sells a wide range of office appliances and equipment such as safes, money counting machines, photocopiers and the likes as well as office consumables such as files, envelopes and writing materials. The company represents some of the most globally renowned manufacturer brands in the world.
